Zeeland, south of Holland 13 May 1940. The Netherlands have been invaded, pockets of resistance by the Dutch army still exist in various small towns. The German troops, steadily growing in numbers, are gradually securing the flooded fields of Zeeland, but in the city of Middelburg the Dutch garrison is still holding out. Their mission: to defend the area in order to provide the French troops with a vital few more days time to retreat.
The German forces start out in the west of the map and at Flooded farm. In the outskirts of Middelburg on roads or near farm houses there are tipped over Opel Blitz trucks with kits with either MP 40 or Geballte Ladung laying about. The Dutch positions in the town have been fortified with 37 mm AT guns and Bofors guns. Their sole type of armoured vehicles are Light Tank Mk VI of both version B and C which are present at the Docks.
