The Polski Fiat 621 was a license built version of the Fiat 621. It replaced the Ursus A series of trucks which also was a modified Italian design, the SPA 25C. This Polish truck can either tranport and heal soldiers or transport ammunition for all kinds of weapons. The C4P, an half track artillery tractor was based on the Fiat 621 and share many parts. The Fiat 621 is very similar to the Fiat-SPA 38R.
