The Panzerselbstfahrlafette Ic, or Pz.Sfl. Ic, was a proposed German tank destroyer. In 1940 the Waffenprüfamt was authorized to develop a light tank destroyer for tank and infantry divisions. The Waffenprüfamt awarded contracts to Rheinmetall-Borsig to design a 5 cm Pak that could be mounted in an armored turret on the Panzer II VK901 chassis from MAN. At least two prototypes were built, however after the appearance of the T-34 the 5 cm Pak was considered to be useless and the project was cancelled.
