The Soviet River Boat sometimes just called the River Boat is a transport found on several maps. Compared to the Sturmboot or the Sampan it is slower and never has a machine gun on it. But the boat is quite larg and players can either take cover by going prone or use their own weapons to strike back. It is uncommon except for in the map Battle of Stalingrad where it has to be used by the Soviets to cross the river. It is also on the map Breakthrough set in France as a civilian boat players can use. It is a more rural equivalent to the Barkasse that can be found in some town harbors and canals.
