The Type 90 75 mm Field gun was a Japanese Field gun introduced in the early 1930s. Unlike earlier Japanese artillery mostly ordered from the German Krupp Arsenal Type 90 gun was designed by the French Schneider company. It was intended to replace the Type 38 75 mm Field Gun that had been in use since the Russo-Japanese war in 1905.
The Type 90 gun was modified for use in armoured vehicles like the Type 3 Chi-Nu. It proved effective against the M4 Sherman tank. It can also be transported by the Daihatsu 14M VLC landing craft.
The model was made by FHSWman.
